Spreading our passion about Project Management
The success rate of projects is directly linked to the professionalism
of their project managers. The first step to achieve this is to be adequately trained.
At Marakoudja we offer two types of training: traditional
training in class and Webinars or training delivered via
internet but with a teacher. This should not to be confused with
e-learning where the students are left to their own devices.
Training Program
We have defined a modular training program which can be adapted to suit beginners as
well as more experienced project managers. Training can be provided
one module at a time or with multiple modules at once, allowing you to build a
tailored program suiting your own specific needs.
Below you can find a list of the available modules. Additional
modules can be developed on request.
- basics of project management
- basics of project risk management
- project start-up
- project planning
- project monitoring and controlling
- project closing
- advanced project risk management
- advanced project cost controlling
Thanks to our modular approach, we can easily adapt our training material
to your specific methods and tools, where applicable.
More on Webinar training
-
Webinar: Short for Web-based seminar, a presentation, lecture,
workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the
Web. A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements
-- the ability to give, receive and discuss information.
This should be contrasted with a Webcast,
in which the data transmission is one way and does not allow
interaction between the presenter and the audience. www.webomedia.com
Webinar training makes the best use of new technologies and allows
just in-time training without any time lost in transportation. It
makes it easy to have very short modules followed by personal work. The participants only need to have internet access and a phone.
Using a webcam can make it more friendly but is not mandatory. There
is no software to
buy.
